The Company ASTILLEROS DE GUINEA ECUATORIAL S.A. (ASABA) was founded in 2009.

Conveniently located in the Port of Malabo, Bioco Island of Equatorial Guinea the Shipyard “Asaba” is close to the main shipping routes in  the West Coast of  Africa with direct access from the sea.

Main activities of the Company:

• shipbuilding and repair;
• professional advice on the purchase of vessels, equipment and spare parts;
• professional advice on technical issues in the field of shipbuilding and repair;

Since 2010, the Company specializes in the repair of marine transport ships and fishing fleet, as well as ships of other types.

Today the Shipyard "ASABA" is an enterprise equipped with the technical and technological equipment meeting  the modern requirements to handle all types of services and can offer full scope of works needed for regular Class Surveys, regular or emergency repair services for ships, oil rigs, vessels and tug boats, any type of conversion and is functioning in compliance with the international standard requirements:

• Bureau Veritas UTM Certificate
• The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Certificate
• Certificate of Compliance of the enterprise (Certificate of Firm Conformity) with the requirements of the Q-CERT (ISO 9001;2015)
